northerncare was established in 1999. From the very beginning we set high standards both with our facilities that we offer and the calibre of care we provide. Through the hard work and dedication of our team we have seen the company successfully expand and we are delighted to offer a wide range of services to young people and their families, where help and support is needed.
The philosophy at northerncare has always been that we try and do what is best for our young people. All our homes are comfortable and safe with a stimulating environment and structured family ethos. Our education provision is highly rated and we offer a wide range of sports and leisure facilities.
We offer guidance, build trust and provide a friendly environment for our young people and when the time comes for them to leave our care they do so better prepared and more confident in their life ahead.
Constant assessment of our service both by internal and external inspection is not only essential but welcomed, as we truly believe that each and every young person in our care has the right and opportunity to flourish. This, I believe, is our greatest challenge and our greatest strength.
