Boys Aged 11-17

Client Group
Boys of multi-cultural origin, who display challenging behaviours and are/may be on the periphery of offending. Young men without a stable educational background, who may have had multiple placement breakdowns.

Aim
To keep the young men in a safe, warm environment, where their behaviour is regulated within the law. We provide structure and stability, adopting a person-centred approach. We work with the young people to meet their assessed needs, equipping them with the skills to make responsible choices and promote and accelerate their successful return into the community.

Ethos and Philosophy
We work towards creating long-term effective change in the lives of the young people in our care by instilling a sense of self-esteem and respect for others by placing them alongside accomplished professionals and people of integrity, compassion and strength. We create a framework to help manage difficult behaviour and provide opportunities for personal, social and academic development.
