Girls Aged 10-17

Client Group
Girls with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties including attachment disorders, self-harm, substance misuse and those vulnerable to sexual exploitation. Girls or young women without a stable educational background.

Aim
To keep the young women in a safe, warm environment, where their behaviour is regulated within the law. We provide structure and stability, adopting a person-centred approach. We work with the young people to meet their assessed needs, equipping them with the skills to make responsible choices and promote and accelerate their successful return into the community.

Ethos and Philosophy
We work towards creating long-term effective change in the lives of the young people in our care by instilling a sense of self-esteem and respect for others by placing them alongside accomplished professionals and people of integrity, compassion and strength. We create a framework to help manage difficult behaviour and provide opportunities for personal development, socially and academically.
