northerncare was established in Blackpool in 1999, with the opening of Piers House and is now one of the largest private providers of residential childcare and DCSF registered education in the UK. We have built this success on working in partnership with local authorities and the young people themselves together with key stakeholders, treating each case on an individual basis.
