northerncare’s presence in the Midlands has been steadily increasing over the past 3 years and we now have 8 homes open across the region with another due to be opened this year.

Part of our company’s ethos is to encourage positive behaviour and increase young people’s involvement in their communities. northerncare also supports many clubs and projects that have this goal and we are now in our 3rd consecutive year of sponsoring Coventry City Girls FC.

As well as being the Club Sponsors we are also the Team Sponsors of the First Team’s kit and northerncare’s Managing Director, Howard Woolfenden, recently went down to the girls’ training ground to catch up with the team and present them with a giant cheque for £2500.

northerncare have constantly been impressed by the standard of skill and sportsmanship displayed by the girls in their matches and we are proud that they have been wearing our logo on football pitches across the Midlands playing teams from Birmingham, Solihull and Walsall, to name but a few. The First Team have enjoyed a very successful 2008-2009 season winning the Open Cup, the League Shield and also winning their last league game of the season 6-0 against Racing Club Warwick to finish top of their division, gaining promotion to West Midlands Regional South Division.
