The  participation agenda will provide benefits for children and young people, as it will be driven by their needs and give them the opportunity to, not only, have their voice heard, on an equal basis, at a strategic level, but give them key responsibility in the decision making process, thereby ensuring positive outcomes are achieved in a user friendly manner.
