Young people from homes across northerncare were celebrating, along with their peers, this week after receiving their GCSE results. This includes one young person from Bradford who achieved seven GCSE grades B-D, one from Derby who gained five GCSE's, another from Staffordshire who achieved four Cs and a young man from Norfolk who managed to gain nine GCSE's.

Whilst these results represent some outstanding success from individual young people, at northerncare we measure our performance against individual progress and a number of our young people did extremely well to achieve one or two GCSE passes. This includes two young women from our home in North Yorkshire.
