New Haven
Challenging Behaviour - Boys aged 11-17
Hornsea, East Yorkshire
New Haven is located in the quiet sea-side town of Hornsea. It is a large, three-storey building which comfortably accommodates 6 boys in individual en suite bedrooms. We have an education suite located on the second floor, comprising a classroom and I.T. room, where the boys have individually tailored schemes of work.
We place a strong emphasis on the health of the young people and engage them in the sporting and leisure activities of their choice. We also have a dedicated Health Coordinator on-site.
Evaglades
Challenging Behaviour - Girls aged 11-17
Low Betham, North Yorkshire

This converted school is located in the small village of Low Betham, between Lancaster and Skipton. It is able to accommodate 6 girls. Education is delivered in a purpose-built school-room in the grounds of the home. Academic and vocational studies are available. The semi-rural location is ideal for girls and young women who would benefit from some time away from the temptations of urban life.
The Old Hall
Challenging Behaviour - Boys aged 11-17
Halifax, West Yorkshire

The home is situated on the outskirts of the multi-cultural town of Halifax. It is ideally placed for the wider cultural and environmental experiences. Full-time education is provided on site, delivered by experienced teachers. National curriculum subjects are further supplemented by sessional teachers.
The Elms
Challenging Behaviour - Boys aged 11-17
Bradford, West Yorkshire

The Elms is a seven bedded home, located in a residential area of Bradford. The large detached property, in its own grounds, offers a safe and secure environment for young men with challenging behaviour. The Elms can offer emergency and planned placements for either short or long-term care. In addition, it has the facility to offer 28 day assessments, with any unsafe behaviour being considered on completion of a risk assessment. Education is delivered on-site with a focus on life skills in addition to the National Curriculum in order to prepare for independence.
Sycamore House
Challenging Behaviour - Boys aged 11-17
Withernsea, East Yorkshire

Sycamore House is an excellent property which has been fully refurbished. It is located in a rural setting and has six places for young men 11-17 years of age with challenging behaviour. Sycamore House has DCSF registered on-site education and our teachers deliver a broad range of National Curriculum subjects alongside the delivery of key life skills, to prepare the young men for independence. The home places great emphasis on the inclusion of health and leisure activities as part of the daily routine to promote confidence building and raise self-esteem.
